Quirky charm bracelets are back in for Spring.
Our very own Jaye Dry was down at the Liberty Belle Tea Party last week
checking out the cute bracelets HOPE Jewellery had to offer.

The brainchild
of students from Enactus Sheffield, HOPE Jewellery is a social enterprise selling
lovely little accessories with a heart.
This
not-for-profit group works with survivors of Human Trafficking and victims of
sexual and domestic abuse in South Yorkshire.
The project
aims to provide these women with skills, knowledge, training and
confidence so they can support themselves and their families
financially in the future.
A staggering 20.9 million
people are victims of human trafficking globally, meaning there are more people
in slavery today than the entire 350 year slave trade.
HOPE
Sheffield’s beautiful hand-crafted bracelets start from as little as £2.99 each
and are an absolute must have in every style and colour.
If you’re
black and gold or red and white, you can now show your support with one of
HOPE’s limited edition Varsity friendship bracelets which are being sold at the
Varsity Ice Hockey, and on HOPE’s website.
A selection of
their products went on sale at Liberty Belle’s charity tea party last week and
I just couldn’t resist taking a look.
I ended up
leaving with not one, but two stunning bracelets. It wasn’t just about how
great they looked on; it felt good knowing I’d helped women in South Yorkshire to
get back on their feet after a really tough time.
I don’t know
if it’s the ethos of the project that makes me love it so or simply that the jewellery
is so delicate and unique.
Either way, I
know my collection has only just begun.
